Rates
Our room rates are based on single or double occupancy. We charge $10 for each additional person in rooms that allow more than two. Please check maximum occupancy listed with each room. All rates are subject to 10% county occupancy tax and are subject to change.
Reservation Confirmation
All reservations must be confirmed with a valid credit card.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, traveler’s checks and cash. Regardless of payment method, we require a valid credit card number and expiration date to be on file.
Cancellations
If you must cancel a reservation, please call at least four (4) days prior to your check-in date (15 days prior on holidays). Failure to cancel a reservation within these prescribed times makes you responsible for the entire amount of your reservation less any nights we are able to rebook.
Checking In and Out
Check in time is 3:00 to 10:00 pm. If you must arrive later than 10:00 pm, prior arrangements must be made. Please call. Check out is 11:00 am.
Smoking
For the benefit of all of our guests, we do not allow smoking in any of our rooms or cottages.
Pets
Pets are also prohibited at Fern Valley Inn.
